Steers Engen Parktown — Restaurant in Gauteng

This must rate as one of the worst Steers I have been to. No strawberry milkshake syrup, then no ice cream to make milkshakes, no sauce sachets, only salt. The guy taking the order seems to work for Engen (he had an Engen uniform on) and had no idea how to find the stuff I ordered or work the till. Friendly guy, though, but completely clueless.

The only reason you get two stars is the staff is friendly, but I think ill equipped to make that outlet work properly. Shame on you, Steers. I watched the milkshake man and burger man operate as they make it in front of you. No complaints there. When I eventually got the food and milkshakes it was Steers tasty, but hell, it was difficult to watch them struggle to make it work. And it was not busy at all.

Worst experience ever. I received an attached from the cashier when she addressed me in Zulu and told her I do not understand what she's saying. She proceeded to tell me they were closed at 6.30pm! When that wasn't true. Another customer came after me ( a white woman) ordered dipped cones and she was assisted. I went back to order the same dipped cones for me and my daughter only to be told that the caramel dip isn't enough. Eventually I got what I wanted after Thuli came to speak to me to apologize.

If the cashiers are unhappy they must quit their jobs and not subject customers to be treated in such a manner. I will Never ever support this steers ever again and will be telling all my friends that work in the area to refrain from supporting this particular...

This one time, my order was incorrect, which I excused as an error. Recently I went there and waited for over 30 minutes for my order only for the lady who was handing out orders to ignore me when I was handing her my slip and ignore her colleague as well who kept on pointing her to me and telling her that I've been waiting for too long. Instead, she ignored me and greeted and attended to her friends who were behind me. She proceeded to chat with them for a while before giving me my order.
