This kfc desperately needs new management. I have gone here twice now and am absolutely appalled by the service. Our first time at this kfc was a mess. When we got to the pay window to pay, the card machine wasn’t letting us pay with either of our cards. We asked if they could fetch another machine as both our cards had cash. They told us it was the only card machine available which was a lie as there are loads within the facility when you walk in. We then had to go inside and redo our order because the lady at the window refused to give us our slip for some strange reason and the entire group of staff was now laughing at us because it was a fat joke to them. When we got home they had only given us one half of our order. Our second time going to this kfc we sat for 10minutes at the order speaker and then just decided to drive to the window as no one was saying a thing. They were out of chicken…. KFC WAS OUT OF CHICKEN. Please explain how that’s even possible. Honestly what a useless facility. I highly recommend you hire new staff or a new manager. The lack of management and organisation is ridiculous. If I could give them 0 stars I would. And I find it very interesting that all the bad reviews on here are met with the same copy paste reply but the positive reviews are met with a personalised response. I suggest you start taking all criticism seriously and not just the positive as this kfc needs to fix a lot of issues. I’m back to check the reviews a few months after the horrendous experience at this kfc. NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Shocker. This kfc must be closed down. Read moreNow I have to say something because this is the third time I’ve had a bad experience here in the morning. Please don’t waste your time at this KFC for breakfast. They will make you late for work. The staff are completely disorganized early in the morning. This is the third time we’ve been late for work because of them. There’s a huge billboard advertising their new meals across the store, yet the staff are clueless about what’s being offered. Not to mention, none of the items advertised are readily available, you have to wait for them to make it. So, we end up taking the breakfast box. Even when we specifically ask for our pieces, they give us the wrong ones, and then we have to wait again for them to correct it. As for the manager who comes and stands at the window just staring, he doesn’t ask what the issue is or try to help. He acts completely oblivious to what’s happening in the store. The staff have never been welcoming, and I guarantee you, they will spoil your day first thing in the morning. They are simply incapable of providing breakfast meals. Read moreThe service I experienced from KFC Dowerglen was beyond ridiculous on Saturday the 1st of October 2022.
Firstly I ordered online via the website for collection when I arrived at the store I was advised that I should have pressed the check out button in order for the order to be sent to the store. But not to worry he would prepare the order in 15mins.
15mins later went back to the shop and they had locked the customers in the store and there was NO staff to be seen one of the customers went around to the drive through window to look for the staff and they were all huddled in the back having a meeting!!!!
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE what so ever eventually they came out and 45mins later I got my order No apology to any of the customers!
This is not OK!!!! And has really questioned my judgement if I will return to this store!!!
