Update on 17/3/23 - I have increased the rating from 3 to 4 because the cleanliness has improved significantly. The service was always good. | Original rating: This SCC has a nice vibe and is well located and the service is pretty good. I have never had issues with parking and it is situated near an Engen with quick access to the highway except during rush hour where you may have challenges from about 6:40am until about 8:20am. It would easily get a 4/5 if it were not for the following two issues (1) There are often a lot of flies inside the shop (2) The tables are not cleaned regularly enough . In the last 3 weeks they had a power issue and were not open on time on two occasions (one of those occasions was unavoidable due to the storms). It can get very busy and I have seen the queue out the door a couple of times but the staff do fairly well to keep up, including walking down the queue to take orders. Edit in June 2023: I reduced the overall rating to 3 and the food rating to a two because the coffee (mostly "Rwanda" brand) they have been serving has gone down in quality. The flavour is weak. I am used to Rwandan coffee that is excellent - whatever they are using is of low quality or the beans are not fresh imo. Final edit 11th July: Coffee improved and Colombia brand now being used. Much better. As you can tell I am a regular. No further updates will be posted because of all the improvements. 5/5 on service, 4/5 on everything...

But this Seattle is, BY FAR, the worst I have ever been to. 45 minute wait for two freezers, and only 5 people in front of us; nevermind there being four staff behind the counter. All customers ordering hot coffees complained about sour milk and undrinkable drinks. I emailed head office and got a very luke warm response about the regional manager speaking to the staff, but it seems this has had no effect on the disgusting level of service by this branch. Also, I was promised two free coffees to make up for my bad experience. Its been two weeks and I'm still waiting for those coffees. Guess its about time to switch brand loyalty and go somewhere else with a little more consideration to loyal...
   Read moreThe layout is great but it is incredibly noisy. The staff shout at the top of their lungs which leads to everyone else doing the same. As things stand you can’t have work calls meetings. Staff really are more focused on their experience than on the customer's. For example, standing next to us and shouting while you're trying to have a conversation or get work done.
