I was forced to buy a meal that I did not want to order but was not given any sort of options. I requested a street wise two and was told that I had to buy the meal, which included the roll that I did not want and ended up giving it away. When was street wise 2 replaced with a meal with the bun being R2 cheaper than usual? Why must I be forced to pay for something that I don't want to eat? Is the customer wrong for wanting just chicken and chips? I am highly disappointed as I buy kfc atleast once if not twice a week, now since we are forced to purchase the street wise two meal rather than just a street wise two, i have been supporting the garage for pies and stuff instead of KFC for more than a month now and miss my weekend starting with KFC. Please amend the menu and allow customers ordering to order what they want and not what is offered. I have always eaten street wise 2 since 1994 and am disappointed in the change and the options of street wise two being unavailable. I could afford R40 weekly, but R50 every time is a waste, I'd rather then spend the R10 on the R2 for hope and feed the homeless kids rather than buy a loaf that is going to be given away. Read moreI went in to get myself a Brekkie Wrap and Bucket for 1. The cashier was a trainee but it's not the first time she was assisting me as I usually get my breakfast there. My budget was R100, nothing more than that -Brekkie R49.90 and dunked bucket for 1 R44.90, and I ended up spending R133 because she put my order as a Brekkie Wrap Medium Meal and also telling me it's a special to add a mini loaf on the bucket for one. It was still early in the morning and another customer was behind me so I didn't want to cause any scene. I tried to tell her exactly what I wanted then she just told me this is how it goes and I'm saving like this. Honestly? It was like a money making scheme for me because now I had to go over my budget because she's the one who simply added things without even letting me know. I just paid up and took the food even though it was not the exact the thing I wanted. Please do rectify this cause next time it won't be of good service and she's still a trainee but already making customers add on things that are not needed. I always buy at that KFC but the service I got this time around?...

This place was recently refurbished, that combined with its prime location should make it a gold mine. The problem is evident. Lack of management, leadership and ownership.
Security: the parking is quite tight but manageable and most parking spots should give you some visibility of your car. There are parking guardse on sight but since its located right before the highway no access control is available.
Staff: there is no nice way to say this but the staff is terrible. No customer service, no communication between the front and the kitchen. With this being said I don't blame the staff at all as they seem to be responsible nice people but I will blame lack of training and management.
Environment: I don't understand how they renovated and made the front space smaller, it is very squashed when ordering. This being said the place is reasonably clean but the amount of flies make me question what is happening at the back
