I visited their branch yesterday it was very quiet though for a Friday night so we use the drive - thru , we ordered zinger wings & chips and 2 x zinger burgers with zinger sauce with a 1.5 liter coke zero.
When we got to the next window to collect our food the burgers were not ready to my surpise they give me a buddy coke(440ml) I said to the lady I ordered a 1.5 liter coke not a buddy since we're two which they rectified I had to wait in front of the store for my burgers for another 5 minutes. When we got home their was white sauce on my zinger burgers and not zinger sauce very disappointed!
What is the purpose of a drive - thru if you have to wait for your food and still get your orders wrong . This is a terrible branch of KFC I must say if they don't get your orders wrong you'll end up with a runny stomach from their food because that's all I got from the food...

Consistently having problems with their card machine, needing cash only on drive through, which in restaurant terms is the biggest red flag on high volume all of a sudden cash only, either the owner or Yum SA being ripped off....or both. Service and willingness to address is bad. Lunch time drive through never fast. Should KSC Kentucky Slow chicken. Previous incidents is range from having to wait 45 min to get a order on walk-in. Drive through was the 3rd time this week where no service could be provided unless cash. The food was terrible. The gravy was burnt, the order was incorrect, and the service was downright shocking. We returned the burnt gravy and the incorrect burger, only to be told we’d be refunded R38. While the amount isn’t much, it’s the principle that matters.
What really left a sour taste was the way it was handled — the staff member handed my husband a R20 note, then took back the change. Unbelievable. No apology, no care, just pure indifference.
