I have seen this place on FB a few times and was excited to take my boys. The positives was my eldest had a really good time, he enjoyed the complexity of the jungle gym, and all the slides. There is a variety of activities in the jungle gym which kept him engaged. However, there are some concerns and we won't go back due to the below: -the food was over priced for not only the time we waited for it but the quality and taste as well. -the waiters are obviously underage ,and very overwork and stressed, but they pushed through and were friendly. -the jungle gym is falling apart in some places especially the parts that kids use to climb up into the jungle ,which poses a safety risk. -the place was honestly filthy, my child's feet were black when we left ,after playing an hour. Not from the floor but the jungle gym itself. -the ball pit and toys have not been sanitized in some while , as they toys look dirty. This is a concern as my youngest is at the age where he puts everything in his mouth.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhat a horrible experience. We arrived and waited to be seated while the manager attended to her baby. We had to clean the tables as the glasses from the previous people where still on the table. After we took a seat we waited for 15 min without a waiter taking our order. We went to the front desk to order drinks just to hear we need to take a seat a waiter will be sent to us. We waited yet another 10 minutes still no waiter. We witnessed the manager slamming the slide door as the customers came in as she was too busy with a baby. While we waited the waiters stood at the desk and chatted for a while and still no service. We then decided to go somewhere else. When we went to pay the entry fee the same lady that slamed the door and is too busy with her baby rolled her eyes at us as we explained no one assisted us. We will never visit this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI thought a lot about reviewing because my kids love playing here , and i would say for the kids it's actually awesome, but for the grownups sitting there for hours wanting their kids to play and then wanting to have a bite to eat , or drink or a cup of coffee its really disappointing. I just think if i am paying R35 for a cuppacino i should be atleast able to drink it... The flapjacks tastes like baking soda and the food overall is overpriced for the taste and quality. Which is sad because i normally would prefer having the kids play atleast a few hours but having the quality of food id rather search for another place where i can atleast enjoy what i am having while my kids play... Imagine how popular it would be if the beverages and food wasn't so poor in taste...
