I took my niece for a treat at MacDonald Glen Village, and her choice was MacDonald. I ordered the spanish latter without a lot of ice. The lady gave me a drink with a lot of ice. When I told her that I requested less ice. She told me that that's how it's made she can't give me what I requested. She continued to fold her hands while we were talking and said that the best she can do is to remove the ice and give me the same drink. I told her that it's not what I ordered. She insisted that I should take it. I droff off without the drink and I paid for the drink. This is the second time, 2 weeks ago I was given an incorrect order by MacDonald Atterbury. One of the managers called me to resolve the issue. She said that when I have time I should collect a complementary gift. This was after I complaint on Hellopeter. I went to MacDonald twice s and wasted petrol and on both occasions I was told that the particular manager is not around. She closed the incident unresolved. Called head office and they said they are not but the store insisted that they are. Two weeks after that there were cones blocking the drive through at 23:00. Today when we got there they said they don’t have Jalapeno patties for our jalapeno doubles. We proceeded to order chilli cheese doubles and they said they don’t have any beef patties. Minutes after ordering, I was told one of the items was unavailable and I was asked if I wanted a substitute and I said No, I would like to cancel the order and they said I can do it on my side. I cancelled the order and Uber Eats charged me the full amount of the meal because the meal preparation was underway when I cancelled. They didn't care to ask if I wanted to change the order or wanted to cancel because an item was unavailable, BEFORE preparing the meal. Had they done that I wouldn't be in this situation.
