McDonald's Monavoni — Restaurant in Gauteng

This McDonald's has the slowest drive through I've ever experienced, extremely slow service. Unfortunate part there were quite a few cars behind mine already and as such could not reverse out of the queue. After placing my order, I spent another 5min at the paypoint, there was no one available to assist with my payment, the speedpoint that is placed there for self service was not working, I decided to drive through to the collection window with hopes of making a payment there, I was told I could not pay there, I would have to drive back to the queue or park and go inside to place my order... really???? There was no one available at the paypoint !!! Going inside wouldn't have helped since the service is quite slow there as well. Oh and I am lucky if I get ice cream after 6pm at this McD's. If I want to eat my McDonald's in peace, I opt to drive all the way to the McDonald's...

We came to macdonalds monavoni on 27/04/2024 before we had even started our order we already experienced terrible service.

We use our app everytime we go to macdonalds to redeem the free items, tonight was no different however the app nor the macdonalds itself inform you when things are out of stock, they took our points and blatantly refused to help us , the managers are absolutely useless when trying to sort out a customer query and just told us there was nothing they could do.

Our points have been taken and we received absolutely no assistance whatsoever from the managers they just shrugged their shoulders.

There is absolutely no customer service at all.

I will never use that macdonalds again , I will rather drive further away and use a different macdonalds where we know the manager has helped us before without any hesitation and ensure customer...

The drive thru is very slow and disorganized as people always try cut in the line by turning in, which is out on McDonalds control but it is still a hassle. I go regularly and when I went about a week ago and even yesterday they have had no ice for their McCafe drinks, so no frappe, no ice coffee, nothing with ice, the Sasol is literally across from the road, if ice is running low they can just get from there, it's quite unsatisfactory and it seems like this store manager isn't making the appropriate orders for stock, if it was for one or two days I could understand but it has been over a week. I myself could have done a better job, it's not that hard to get on the phone and say "we need ice" or in dire circumstances to source it from...
