McDonald's Paul Kruger — Restaurant in Gauteng

3 previous orders done ordered through a certain delivery company was either very cold, or not what we’ve ordered..they also do not read certain requests indicated in comments…the previous one we requested in the comment area of the delivery company watermelon mcfizz instead of passion fruit…but did not received as requested….this is not good for business…Delivery company drivers also blame your branch for late delivery or wrong address…Delivery company stop at the building next door or across the road….they also blame the branches for cold food…yesterday’s delivery was stopping next door and I saw him taking of going round the block again to get to the correct place…they are also responsible for bad reviews to your business.

BUT…….

After I’ve complained directly to Branch Manager regarding service delivery and incomplete orders, she went more than the usual extra 600 miles…..she assured me that this matter will be sorted with her staff and that she will make sure that everything will be resolved.

This morning I received the normal order with HOT HOT coffee WITH sugar, WITH the hash brown…ALL STILL WARM…..Nwabisa and Shakespeah YOU are the type of people who I will walk more than an extra mile…..YOU are the reason for a business to succeed….with the constant feedback, update, etc I’m surely going to order MUCH MORE from your Branch than at ANY other place…You are really passionate about client service and even though I complained you treated me as a customer with respect and understanding…I wish you the best each and every day in being a successful Branch….Nwabisa you’re the best and keeping to your word makes me realise that there is actually STILL MANAGERS caring about customers and not only focusing on sales and targets, etc….You...

On 2023-08-01 I bought a SA beakfast. I wanted orange juice with it but there was no orange juice. This is not the first time that there is no orange juice. When I opened my breakfast I saw that there was nearly no fried onion. The onion that I received was not even half of a sliced piece of onion. My tomato slice was only the outer lining of the tomato. When I wanted to put ketchup on my food I saw that they gave my two sachets of vinegar. Really vinegar?? What am I supposed to do with vinegar on my breakfast. This is surely the poorest branch of Mcdonalds in South Africa. This is also not an isolated incident. On many occasions we had to accept poor portion size of chips, then when you want a breakfast there are no eggs or when you want a burger with tomato then there is no tomato etc. You are also not allowed to replace the out of stock product with something else of the same value. The only reason I still bought food here is because my office is situated half a block away. This branch is definately not a good quality branch. Great McDonald’s experience. Order is fast, staff friendly and the restaurant particularly clean. The toilets are also clean and the place is very spacious. However the WIFI never seems to work. There is McDonald's radio station being played at low volume on the speakers in the background which creates a great atmosphere for one to relax. The lighting is bright which means it is safe and secure. The also provide complimentary newspapers which one can read whilst having their meals. One of the better McDonald’s restaurants...
