Eat at this fast food at your own risk,the place is not clean ,some of the staff is very rude, I went in to buy lunch and when I finished ordering I really needed to Pee and when I got to the bathroom it was locked,so I assumed they lock them to keep away non customers, I asked a lady who I assume to be a hostess because she was dressed different from the others with white shirt,black pants and yellow scarf,I asked her to help unlock the toilet and she rudely answered me saying that the toilet is not working and I should try and go use the center toilet and she turned her back on me before I could even ask anything else,so because I needed to know when the toilet would be fixed I asked another hostess same clothes and she said her name was Julia very helpful she said it has only been a few minutes since the toilet broke down and the person who is supposed to be fixing it is currently on lunch and when she went to that person she didn't want to bother them,I thanked her for that information and I waited for my order which I could see sitting there because the coffee was taking long to prepare, I headed to my seat and started to eat my food and just as I started behold the cleaning lady came and started to clean right under my feet without any communication because if you have guessed the restaurant was filthy, after cleaning she emptied the bins and left the trash sitting there for a while,the table next to me was quite a large table with many people and when they left the trash there was uncleaned for close to 15minutes yes I was counting as you can imagine at this point I was now very annoyed. I stayed here for an hour to eat and I carried on to eat because I was hungry,but I didn't enjoy my food. When I was done I went to check again if the toilet problem was fixed and Julia confirmed it still was not working, me and One of the customers got to talking and apparently this toilet does not work half the time. So either Julia lied about this being a temporary thing knowing full well that it happens a lot.
So in conclusion this Macdonald by Lilian Ngoyi Pretoria Central does not meet the Macdonalds standards, it's filthy, some of the staff is rude, the service is slow and also as you have guessed the toilet does not function, very disappointing indeed. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a meal,and asked for a spicy hot saurce on the side they did not put it in my take away,as I got home I saw my source was missing gave them a call immediately, the person who answers dd not give me her name as I went the next day to buy another meal and requested my source they told me,they won't give it on I forgot the managers name who was on duty,then last week Friday I called in to place an order the manager picked up the phone,and I told him I would like to place an order to be collected not delivery,hence I was at work about to knock off so I would be able to collect it as I pass to go to my place,I was then told No they won't make my oder coz they dnt know if I will come or not,I mean how is that for a place of service,guess what,my I had to wait for my order to be done when I got there,the manager that answered the phone was Nicolas or something but the staff there is a bunch of eliterate people who got a job because they just want to make money,they don't care about hwlow they answer u or servicing u I am so disappointed with them,to only thing this is a only 24hrs sound...

I sincerely hope this complaint is taken seriously and immediate steps are taken to address the lack of proper training, accountability, and basic customer service standards.
