McDonald's Sammy Marks — Restaurant in Gauteng

I visited your store yesterday and I was not happy with the service, I ordered food and It was sit in. When my order was called I went to the counter and the guy who was serving just made take away and I asked for a tray since it was sit in and he said they are washing their tray which surprised cos there were trays on other table and there were no customers on those tables I had to go and take that tray and clean it so that I can eat, and when I take my order I asked for glass of wat that guy just gave me mu drink without glass holder mind you I have to carry to mcfizz and glass of water and he just turned and I have to call him for 4 time cos he was busy chatting with his colleagues. He was not willing to help at all, then when I asked for cup holder he just threw it to me then continued with chatting. Then after looking for a tray myself the food was not good that burger was wet because of too much sauce I couldn't even hold it i had to leave and buy somewhere else and give away that meal. That was bad. Please in future get people who knows about CUSTOMER...

I love McDonald's but I hate how slow the staff are with preparing and calling out your order. I ordered donuts and coffee but I waited close to an hour for my order. It was not pack by the restaurant and the donuts were already prepared but they took time to fix my order for me. On top of that they gave me donuts I did not order on the machine. The restaurant is short staffed, it is always dirty when I go there. The food is also very dry and they don't offer enough utensils. Infact all McDonald's I have been to they are very stingy with sauces and utensils. McDonald's Sammy Marks please do better with providing proper staff training, and encouraging the staff to prepare and call out orders on time and providing excellent service. Also provide more sauces for people, don't be stingy Mann. Also if certain items are out of stock remove them on the menu items for that day so that the staff doesn't give us order we didn't make. Loved the food as always, but I must say I’m not comfortable with the drinks being served without sip-lids when eating in. It’s not very hygienic, and honestly, a lot can go wrong since we still have to fetch our drinks at the counter and carry them along with our food to the table. The PET cups are quite soft and tend to fold when you hold them, so spills can easily happen when you walk even when you drink. If that happens, who’s responsible for replacing the drinks? The restaurant? I asked one of the staff members about it, but she was quite rude, and I asked because I didn’t know it’s a new thing since I always do take aways. I understand it might be part of a new initiative, but personally, I don’t think the no-lid approach is a good initiative, from a hygiene, safety, and customer convenience perspective.

I can’t be coming to McDonald’s to die down my outside problems with your food and still have to worry about my drink as I walk and sip. Aowaa!...
