Terrible experience. I rate this restaurant zero. Was not greeted, had to find my way to table, placed order for breakfast with lady manager. Someone of different race came after me. Was warmly welcomed by the same lady manager, received condiments which I didn't and breakfast similar to what I ordered before me. Was left with no choice but to cancel my order. The service is so bad that I witnessed a couple of walkout. I am the most understanding person but this I could not stand being treated with utmost disrespect when I approached the lady manager. I work in office building close to the Mugg & Bean and visited a couple of times. The service is never great. And the food is so-so, nothing special. I expect more from a Mugg & Bean, but this morning I bought a Chicken Pot Pie that was absolutely horrible. They took forever to bring me my order (take-away) after I paid and when I tried to eat it, it tastes burnt. A bitter burnt tastes. Management should step in immediately and do some training before some serious reputational damage is done to the brand. Sent a simple breakfast back twice as they could not get soft eggs right.
