Within minutes of arriving I was asked what I would like to drink. I asked for water as I wasn't feeling well. However in another 5 minutes the waitress asked again what I wanted . I said to please hold on I am feeling unwell. She insisted I had to order. I said No not now. When I turned to look as she walked to the rest of the staff I saw the manager "mary" watching us and shaking her head! She then came over and said to my brother that we had to order, because " we see you hold meetings here often and so you need to order because times are tough. It's not right " I was stunned. My brother goes there maybe 2x a week and he always orders. I would have ordered food as I needed to take medication but i just didnt want to order right away. I have been coming here since I was a child and I must say that this branch does not ever let you down. There menu is extremely varied so no matter the dietary restrictions or allergies, you aren't going to go hungry.

To compliment their amazing food, the staff are also phenomenal. They always greet you with a smile, and serve you with professionalism, haste and efficiency. There are some restaurants in areas like Sandton that could learn a thing or two from these guys. A hearty shoutout to waiter Shepherd ( I hope I spelled his name correctly) who epitomizes friendliness, I hope management reads this reviews so they know what an amazing asset they have in him.

I am horrified at the service that I received from this place. I ordered a chicken wings and ribs combo. I received 2 miniature ribs that were not worth the price that I paid for the meal. When we raised it with staff and management their response was very sarcastic and it seemed as if they were not taking our concerns into consideration.
