Nando's Barlow Park — Restaurant in Gauteng

I had the worst experience at this Nandos and I actually would like to spread the word about this as much as I can! Firstly we walk in and the doors are wide open, we get to the till and hear there’s no chicken, how is it possible that a chicken fast food chain has no chicken I was shocked! we then were told that there’s only hot pot and wraps…we took this mainly because we were coming from far and we were starving…We left with our food and to our disbelief when we got home… the food was terrible! The pap was scraped together… the chicken livers had no sauce and we had specifically asked for extra sauce… my Hot pot had pieces of old hard rice in it I couldn’t even finish my food… I’m from waterfall area and that’s usually where I buy my Nando’s and if I have to compare the two I would say it’s Day and night! We hosted some friends here and we were absolutes shocked. We asked them to travel quite far to this new Nando and because of the peppermint crisp ice cream. The service was terrible The chicken we ordered was dry and tasteless. My coleslaw was tasteless. My friends chicken salad had hardly any salad. And the ice new peppermint crisp ice cream which we came for, had zero peppermint crisp. Ordered food Via uber eats, I literally live upstairs in the estate and found that when ordering food in the restaurant I never experienced any issues but the second I order there's food missing and the quality if the food lacks compared to what I experienced from the franchise. The biggest let down is that there was buns missing when my receipt clearly stated otherwise. Done giving these people my money. DONE! The Nandos up the road on Katherine is a much better...
