For the past few weeks, we have been getting the worst service ever. Ordered 1 single milkshake through the drive-thru, I waited over 10 minutes for my order and there was no one else in front of us. We then ate a few weeks later at Nandos and ordered a quarter chicken and a burger. Received the quarter chicken first, and the burger after 10 minutes or so when one of us had almost finished our meal. We're just told sorry for the delay as an explanation. Currently waiting at the drive-thru again while typing this. The lady took around 5 minutes before she could even take our order and she did that with the car in front of us as well. She just says that we must give her a few minutes, and then we wait just to have our order taken. Not to mention the wait to actually get our food. The meal was served piping hot, fresh, and bursting with that signature Nando’s flavour we all love. The chicken was juicy, perfectly grilled, and the sides were just as delicious. For the price, portion, and quality, it’s absolutely worth every cent. You can really taste the care and passion they put into their food and service.
