Roman's Pizza Karenpark — Restaurant in Gauteng

I have ordered delivery pizza at 19h15 and it's now 21h15, I still have not received my order. The service at Karenpark is very very poor and it pains me that my kids love your pizza. It's the 2nd time you gave me such a horrible service where ibuad to wait for more than 2hrs for delivery and the reasoning still remains the same, you don't have enough delivery vehicles. My suggestion would be to cancel the whole delivery issue as ua struggling to maintain it. My kids are now sleeping without eating the pizza. Next time when a delivery order is placed just give your clients options to collect as ua failing in that regard. If I collected it I wud have been back long tym ago but bcos there's an option for delivery I decided to save on time. I hope not to order at your...

I bought their R200 special for 2x large pizzas, one thick one thin base.

She said the order would take 30mins, we waited 70 minutes for our order 💀.

When the order came, that Chicken Mayo with Bacon (thin base) was honestly the worst pizza I’ve had in my life. It was like buying pizza from Shoprite.

I won’t be in a hurry to order from that franchise again.

They’ve got a fancy order tracking screen for customers but it honestly means nothing if you can’t keep to your service promise.

Yesterday I went to the shop to buy the running special, while I was waiting to get helped I exprecid a very unpleasant attitude from one of the customers who was very rude and loud to the cashier. I even overheard the cashier telling the lady who was with the guy that she got a final warning because of the same attitude. The Guy even promised the cashier that the worst is still to come.
