So sad about this review - the two stars are for the ladies behind the counter who are always friendly. Regularly ordered from this branch, as the other branches' pizza just isn't as good. Ordered three pizza pies two nights ago. It was a fairly quiet evening and I was in no rush. Received my pies and went home. My daughter started eating hers, but the dough inside was still raw. It was white and gooey. I phoned the branch, spoke to a supervisor and explained, and he told me that it wasn't possible for the dough to be raw and that it must be the cheese. It was NOT cheese, but raw dough. I took the three pizza pies back yesterday - because he offered to make new ones to replace them, but I did not feel like another disappointment, so just left them with the friendly lady at the counter. Had the worst service ever! Order 80. 18th October 2018. As i walked in and greeted.. No greeting back. I was ignored on my request to confirm if cheque has been selected on speed point and got attitude when i had to ask again. I said thank you on the end of transaction... No reply still. When i got my pizza at the end i suggested that the lady improve on her friendlyness to customers, she even then gave me a disgusting look and said nothing back.... I will never go back to this store again! This is disgusting service! Romans Equestria is way better! I will drive a few kms extra to rather go to Equestria where im not treated as if i am doing them a favour being there. URGENT MANAGEMENT INTERVENTION...

One of the larger Romans stores, offering sit down as well as takeaway.
For a great experience here, you have to pick your moments. Quieter times naturally allow for better service. And they do give good service especially in the quieter times.
The service isn't bad at busier times, but they handle a lot of sit down and takeaway orders so good can take a while longer is the main gripe.
The same holds true for takeaways. A Friday evening for example, and they will be swamped, this isn't necessarily their fault either, clearly they get something right to be so popular, but expect the wait to be twice as...
