I purchased a deal on Hyperli for the burger special. There are only 3 burger options available which are the egg burger, beef burger which has bacon and the chicken burger. My husband and I do not eat pork therefore we called and spoke to Victor to ask him if it would be possible to ps swop the bacon for anything else. He agreed to let us swop the bacon for mushrooms. When we got to the restaurant we did inform the waiter that we had already communicated with Victor and we exlained to him that we purchased a deal and would be swoppoing the bacon for mushrooms however that the burger which came with cheese sauce would remain the same. When we got home we noticed they had given us the wrong order, they gave us the egg burger. The eggs were hard and flat. I called Victor and suggested that we collect our burgers the next day. I called Victor and told him I would be returning the original burgers and I clarified with him again that we want the beef burger without the bacon but with mushrooms and cheese sauce. The chips were very oily. I can see that they have been fried in old oil with a lot of starch build up. The beef patties were not of a good quality as they had funny chewy bits in it which was very off putting and the cheese sause had no flavor. Very dissapointed. Burger King offers much better value for money. I have to admit the burger howver is quite big. I have a senstive stomach and palette and I cannot stomach eating funny, chewy bits in my food. I could only eat half of the burger. I was very dissapointed as I love cheese sauce and the idea of a cheese sauce on a burger sounded incredible. In 2020 I ordered a burger which had a nice flavor but the burger fell apart due to the bun...

I never wrote a review before.. The worst management have never seen before. Let me share my reviews - 1. This is a Racist pub owns by a Racist management with 2 Ladies and 2 Gents Looks belongs to same family 2. I visited this place with my friends on a pleasant day .. everything was fine until 10 pm later my friends left thought i can spent alone for an hour was enjoying my drinks.. suddenly 2 of the owner ladies I don't know they are the owners of its not the matter .. suddenly they started arguing shouting with other customer like me they almost went to fight.. i was the one who stopped and the guy.. went away.. after some time this big lady started arguing with me this time . I was almost drunk and alone.. the customers slowly disappearing.. and then this lady started attacking with beer bottle on me.. i was drunk and not able to focus.. and then the other family members joined but this big lady.. is started attacking with beer bottle and slipped from stairs still this lady .. attacked me.. and .. Ordered through ober eats and was extremely disappointed. Livers were description as Peri peri but was so spicy I struggled to eat it . Chicken and mayo toastie should be labelled as for a kid because it was ridiculously small . Starter calamari was oily and almost rubbery, but the food was not the worst part . My Uber driver complained of how the waitress on duty treated him . I can vouch for this because when I called the store to check on what was happening with the order as the Uber driver was waiting some time . I was met with a very rude response on the phone .I have ordered from santi'a in the past and the standard and quality was fantastic, but unfortunately I can not say the same for this...
