Very poor performance Honestly.

I placed an order at 12:15 for x1 PH Cheesy BBQ Double burger meal, x1 PH steers burger meal and a passion fruit Juice.

Not only did it take 45min to be delivered but once I received my order I found out that for my PH Cheesy BBQ burger meal they only gave me 1 patty instead of 2. Which is a different meal all together and costs less than what I paid.

So I called this steers which I ordered my meals from and they said they would deliver the correct meal to me.

It is now 14:00 and I don’t have my corrected order but they quickly took the correct amount of money from my bank account.

It’s this type of customer service that makes me sick of fast food chains.

Imagine that after a long day at work, you decide to stop by Steers on the way home to get something to eat because you haven't eaten all day and, of course, you don't have the energy to prepare food when you get home. Fry's, were dark and oily, raised the first cautionary flag. I then had first and second bit of the cheeseburger, the third bite was tasteless and had an odd smell, so I stopped from eating it. My stomach began to react , so I was unable to eat any more. Steers is now forbidden on my table.After this sad experience my choice is also motivated by a negative encounter I had at Steers at Rietfontein Primrose Total Garage while cockroach strolling on the counter.

It's Steers, that South African staple when it comes to burgers and milkshakes. This one is located next to/in a petrol station. So it's not exactly a great place to spend an entire day chilling and chatting while snacking, but it is hella convenient when you're looking to grab some chow for the road or on the way home. The staff were friendly and the food served as fast as one can expect from a fast food joint. The drive through can get a bit busy but the wait usually isn't too long.
