Im highly disappointed and disgusted with the service form the new burger king that recently opened by meadowdale mall. I recently went there to get something for my family and I placed the order . I waited about 30 minutes and when I asked what was happening I was told that the machine that cooks the patties is not working but they are trying to fix it . I again began to wait and another 30 minutes went by and I got the same response upon looking in to the kitchen I noticed that food was sitting on the counter with flys all over it and the staff while they doing Thier job what they are doing is procrastinating and taking thier time with everything. I landed up asking for my money back and going else where.
Now this makes me honestly think if that food was sitting there getting cold with flys all over is this the type of food that gets served??? If so that's is appalling. Not to mention I watched the lady that was making the burger drop mayonnaise on the counter and then proceeds to scrap the burger bun across the counter to pick that mayonnaise up and complete making the burger .
This is highly disgusting, unsanitary and this type of service is completely unacceptable. Your staff needs to be taught time management Proper customer care skills as well as hygiene and sanitary skills
Forgot to mention how rude the staff is , how they busy on Thier phones and still gives attitude when I asked for a refund and begins to have an argument with me on to why they should give my money back ?? What type of...
Read moreThey don't even have the machine to mix the king fusion according to the manager on shift Mavis. Just ice cream with sauce on top. Portion was tiny. We complained but Mavis decided to just talk over us and repeat that they use the same spoon size for the sauce each time. Smiled in our face and spoke to us as if we were stupid. While our fusions sat melting, she basically said take it or pay more for them to top it up... How ridiculous! She gained nothing from doing this and acting so unhelpful! So we got a refund and they threw away the fusions. Seems to me like maybe it would have made sense to just top it up - but maybe this small win of standing her ground meant more to Mavis as she seemed quite happy with herself. This manager really needs training on how to handle customers. Won't be coming back to this...

Her energy was so bright she made us stumble on our words when ordering. She made us smile from ear to ear. She made our whole year , 2025 will be the best year ever. She didn't just do her job , she excelled at it. Refilwe is supper amazing person. I wish every Burger King greated us the same way she did.
