Steers Polofields Crossing — Restaurant in Gauteng

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Steers Polofields. I was charged R700 for 5 burgers because the staff member taking my order made a mistake. I was in a rush, so I paid before realising the total was wrong. When I phoned to raise the issue, they admitted the mistake but only offered me a 10% discount on my next order.

This is unacceptable. I should have paid around R350 for 5 burgers, not double the price. To call this poor service would be an understatement ,it feels dishonest and shows a complete lack of care for customers. Offering a small discount on a future order is not a solution; it’s just brushing off responsibility.

Steers Polofields needs to do better. This was a disgraceful experience, and I will think twice before ordering...

A great spacious outlet with a connected Debonair, Fishaways and MilkyLane all in one place with tons of seating in open air patio.

*Please be aware this is a Halaal store so no Bacon or Pork Ribs

Fast Service, Food was hot and tasted good.

Tables and Environment was clean as were the Self Service Kiosks,

Was sad to see the Owner (I assume) berate a staff member in the front of house rather than back of house, but besides that overall experience was the best I have had in Some time.

Highly Recommend the Cheesy Loaded Fries and Burgers are made & packaged way better most...

This steers in particular was the best steers I have ever come across in my life.The food was amazing as expected but what welcomed me and my guests were the incredible service we got from here. It brings a whole new different vibe that makes you want to come back anytime .The atmosphere was incredible too. The service was incredible because of this one lady, her name is Senithemba. She was incredible and full of happiness and joy.U are lucky to have her . Because of her and the amazing food we all recieved tells me to come back more often.
