I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hussar Grill, I’ve been there a few times and they finally deserve my review.

First and foremost, let's talk about the star of the show - the steak. I ordered the rib eye steak cooked medium rare, and it was an absolute masterpiece. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The meat was tender, juicy, and packed with succulent goodness. It was evident that only the finest quality cuts were used, and the skill of the chefs shone through in every mouthful. But Hussar Grill is not just about the steak; it's about the entire dining experience. The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable meal. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations, further enhancing our dining experience. In addition to the outstanding steak, the sides were equally impressive. Each component complemented the main dish beautifully, elevating the meal to new heights. But what truly sets Hussar Grill apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we felt valued and well taken care of. It's clear that they take pride in what they do, and it reflects in every aspect of the dining experience. I visited this establishment on friday 12 september,upon arrival a hostess was on the phone,after seeing us she audibly sighs and acts disturbed by us being there,she greeted us and ask if we have a booking and we said no,she seated us down and rushed back to her phone.

The table cloth had stains so we asked the guy who brought us olives to move us and he did,we oderd the lunch special,the menu was a bit sticky so our waiter gave us wet wipes,we love the food❤️. We waited for a manager to come to our table so we can ask why we where seated in a dirty table but the manager naver came and we had to go back to work.

We thought myb its because we ddnt make a reservation.

Yesterday we discussed coming for lunch again but this time we called and made a reservation before coming,on arrival there was no one by the door,the hostess then came to us and apologise for keeping us waiting,no greeting was offered,this time she ddnt ask if we made a booking or not she just seated us down,dropped the menus at a table and rushed off without a word. There was no eye contact, smile or any form of communication,we felt very unwelcomed and unimportant.

The table had ants,how do you expect anyone to sit and eat at a table like that I was disappointed by the poor treatment, which did not align with what your establishment is known for, inhospitable greeting from the first employee we encountered is not the standard I expect from a reputable...

Compliments to the management and team. Upon returning to Hussar Grill for the great food, the experience was absolutely phenomenal this time around, exactly what you expect. The service from the waiter was outstanding and was always around and easily to get a hold of.

The food we ordered was seriously great, as mentioned before, amazing steaks. Everyone’s meal was served at the same time and exactly the way we wanted it. The quality of it was superb, and you could just hear compliments around the table about how outstanding the food was. You should definitely end it off with a dessert as they are really good!

Furthermore, drinks were always brought promptly to the table, which isn’t usual a/ many restaurants seem take a while. But the service provided by the waiter was great and friendly.

It was a hot day, so the climate inside was great which made everything all the more enjoyable. Restaurant was clean and pleasant decor.

Old review: Great steak! All though, was let down by the poor service levels. Tables weren't necessarily clean, was served glasses that were chipped and got dirty glasses when we ordered a bottle of wine. Did not particularly enjoy the ambiance of music and friendliness of waiters. Waiters seemed to be standing around staring everywhere else but tables (in my experience), while we had to make an effort to get someones attention. Worth a visit, but will not necessarily...
