Awesome food.
Pity the attitude of the one manager; has always been so hostile.
How he is allowed to work, in a service related industry, when he displays such hostity; is beyond embarrassing.
The fact that he's a manager; makes it even worse.
Highly disappointed.

Despite reporting this complaint on the Steers website, as per the owner's advice; no one even bothered to call with an explanation.
Beyond deplorable!
No wonder service in this country; is going down at lightning fast speed.
Maybe when people stop supporting your branch, you'll realise that dealing with valid customer complaints; is something you should never ignore.
I intend letting everyone I know; about this.

Guys in front of me ordered 2 wizard burgers, with like 3 patties per burger, and he got his food in under 10 minutes. My order waited another 10 minutes before being ready and all the cashier said was sorry when handing me the bag.... so 15 mins for 3 rave burgers....McDonald does it in 5..... This is now the 2nd time I waited over 10 mins for t smallest burger on the menu in a fast food outlet....and it was not busy at all.
BUT, I suppose all good things comes to those who wait. The burgers taste amazing as always and everything was clean...
Read moreOrdered via the Steers app for collection, only to get to the store and the lady (Palesa) tells me she cancelled the order because they don't take orders after 10pm yet the Steers app allows for orders to be placed. She has a smirk on her face because she cancelled the order which is the worst customer experience. Then goes on to look for the slip and finds it in the bin. No proper communication that the order is cancelled as I was given an order number and payment approval...
