A so-called "manager" Percy disrupted my order on Saturday evening the 1st June, by re-assigning the lady that was assisting me to another task while she was busy attending to my order, even when she said to him (twice) that she's busy with a customer....and that REALLY left me pissed off and disturbed.
And you yet have the nerve to say "you're very sorry" for your actions as if you really were?
I literally failed to understand why the impatience even when she told you she's busy with a customer which you could see with your own eyes, and I could see she too was not happy with your command.
Now I had to wait a little longer for my order after your little stupid apology (which I will NEVER accept) after you asked someone to attend to me.
In a customer facing position we strive to please our customers and not the rubbish you dished me....and I'm talking out of wealth of experience.
Your store is 5min from my home and convenient too, and I've always purchased there simply because it's closer and we love Steers food.
If I didn't have a hungry family in the car I would have left without any hasitation, and that Saturday's order you decided to disrupt and de-value, was the last from my household as we cannot afford to be disrespected by you -we will go elsewhere.
To Maria Lebete, thank you for your assistance, and for ensuring that my order is expedited asap following the disservice Percy handed to me, this was the least he could have done instead of roaming about the floor.
To the shop owner, I hope you're reading this and possibly arranging a refresher...

It all began with 3 to 4 Phone calls being made to try and place my order. After being unsuccessful in getting my call answered I took a drive to steers.
To my suprise I find the kitchen full of people hovering over the preparation tables filling their mouths.
Were they employees having lunch? I have no idea because there were between 6 to 10 people in the kitchen area in unidentified clothes all eating over the tables in the kitchen. Looked very bad and disgusting.
Eventually I got to the cashier where she was unskilled and unable to take down a simple order.
I have been going to that steers for over 5 years now and had I know that's how there kitchen operates I would never have been eaten my first order there.
To my savior Steers in Midway Mews never disappoints so there I went to have my order accepted and prepared in under 10mins.
Moral of the story. BLUE Hills steers absolutely sucks. I would never go there ever again and if you live around the area you rather go to midway mews because all that awaits you at Blue Hills is a very unhygienic kitchen and poorly skilled workers.
Please save yourself from disappointment and more over save your appetite because one glimpse of there kitchen and you won't eat supper that night.

Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve placed an order on the Steers App on 27 May 2023. The store called first to say their ice cream machine is broken, and I asked can I swop it then for a buddy cooldrink? Sure, they can do it. 1.5 hours later I called, they say the driver is on it’s way (app tracking says - order accepted by store). 2 hours later I called, oh no the delivery was not for me, was for someone else, they have not started with my order yet. I asked them to cancel the order. They said they will, and will inform the manager to arrange the refund. Well guess what? My order STILL says accepted by store, it has not been cancelled and I have not been refunded.
Note: I have logged a complaint twice on the website, still haven’t received feedback.
