Service good but their chips are always old oily and just terrible.. So after this post I was contacted by the branch and asked to take my post down... I don't see why. People have the right to know. If there is no accountability and acknowledgement of any problems nothing will and has changed! this has been an issue for me and probably other clients with this branch for a few years now. I will not be removing my post or be bought for a packet of replacement chips suddenly made better because I had to complain to get it that way. More shocking than the food is the arrogance. Clean up your act fix yout food. Please send brand quality control to this branch they don't seem to want to accept that they are serving terrible food. And I urge other clients to please post their honest reviews of this branch it is unacceptable. Your food and attitude are equally disgusting. Don't call me again asking me to take my post down. Take accountability Fix your store!! Stop trying to sweep your problems under the filthy old rug in...

Wouldn't recommend this place as far as I can spit the food. Ordered food for delivery 2 wacky Wednesday meals 1 chicken and 1 beef. Chicken meal had a beef burger in it instead of 2 chicken burgers the chicken burger was horrendous and so was the beef the food was supposed to come in 30 minutes yet only to arrive 1 hour later. And when you ask to speak to the manager you can't hear what she has to say as she is so soft spoken and can bearly hear her on the phone. I highly recommend that you don't eat here unless you up for useless service and a run around of answers to your questions on the whereabouts...

Yesterday was my daughter's birthday. We wanted to take her out for the evening, but had forgotten about the curfew. Our best option then became a Steers takeaway. Ours became the last order of the day at Steers, as it was close to closing time. We didn't check the order when we received it, assuming it was correct. When we got home, 8km later, the order was missing the original steers burger combo and the mighty steer burger combo had no might in it (never mind the packaging it all came in). Imagine our disappointment when we opened the package, knowing that we can't go back to claim all that...
