I went to steers and ordered 2 king steer burgers ,one which I didn't want having tomato and onions and the other which I added crispy. I confused the two and went back to the staff to ask what's going on when one of the ladies called Phillipine gave me so much attitude, it's only when another woman was nice enough to explain that I mixed the burgers then I understood. I then asked that could one of the burgers be a takeaway and Phillipine just gave me the box and paper bag and literally told me to do it myself, she said I have to package it myself and I did and left. Everything else was fine but the treatment and attitude that Phillipine gave me was totally wrong and not nice at all,I did not enjoy my food because of how badly her treatment was and I wished I could just take the food back and leave and that's why I asked for a takeaway for my food but my...

I love the place. Maybe it is because it takes me back to varsity days, they are probably the only Steers branch from all that I have been at to have chips (fries) which are not burnt or over fried. They are just fried to perfection.

The high chairs by the windows are the best thing if you wanna admirer the lifestyle of the Pretorians. The fast passed life of less interactions and lack of trust.

The only thing that sets me off about this specific branch are the toilets, they feel like an after thought and take your appetite for the amazing burgers that Steers is know for.

And for that I have never been in them for the past 2 years that I have been there, maybe they have renovated them. But I am not...

I am often a bit picky when it comes to Steers Franchises, not many are consistent when it comes to my favourite Cheesy Bacon Burger meal. This was my first time coming to this particular Steers and I have no fibre of regret in me.

The service, and smiles that welcomed me into the restaurant was worth it all, not to mention the quality of ingredients (such freshness of the buns and beef tenderness). A perfect balance of the sauces and seasoning.

I would recommend any one, whether you're a regular city joe or someone just passing by. Complements to the Staff, top tier!

And to the Management, we don't know what you're doing there but keep on doing it...

Its 5...

Firstly the welcoming was horrible, I was shouted at by a cashier while on the phone. I wanted to leave immediately but I decided against it. I came back and bought that R102 🍔 and chips after I asked for a WIFI password they boldly told me they don't know it. I sat down with my laptop and started working. I collected my order and sat down. No tray or anything like that. I had to eat from the brown bag.

There is no sign of Toilets at this establishment. Put a sign on the door to show its a toilet, not staff room.
