The flat white coffee was excellent. The croissant was terrible (bready, dry and completely unenjoyable). Hazel our server was good, but the management were totally disappointing. If one complains about a meal, and the server reports it to the management, I would at least expect the manager to come to my table. Taking the item off my bill (I didn't eat it and returned it to the kitchen) is expected, and not satisfactory of their commitment to getting me to be a repeat customer. My 3 stars are generous

Read moreThe service here is total rubbish. You are lucky if you EVER get all the things your table ordered. No trays in sight, and they bring one thing at a time so You all end up eating/ drinking at your own time. Not wheel chair friendly at all,, the entrance has a rail which gives the wheel chair a huge bump upon entry, the tables are so close together that the wheelchair cannot navigate, and the tables are all too low to push the wheelchair under enough for comfort. The waiters clearly just doing their job, not contributing to the overall benefit...
Read moreI went in today to collect my Refreshi parcel. It was very disappointing. Two muffins with no flavour and to much baking powder, a small cheesecake and 3x small milk tarts and a dry scone. The cheesecake and milk tarts where all dry and cracked and looked like they where left over from yesterday. No savouries or bread included despite these still being available in their display. None of the food came from the display. I had to wait the parcel wasn't available when I got there at 4.30pm. Not a happy customer. Food...
