Nice place to stop for a meal after the Woodville big tree hike in Hoekwil. Service was excellent even though they were busy. I enjoyed the chili poppers, they were actually hot chili's for a change. The crushed potato and stir fry veggies was tasty, but not worth the price. Next time I'll have the veg burger. The veggie burger my wife had was a very nice nut burger patty. The Cafe mocha was a bit too milky tasting, and not enough coffee or chocolate taste. They don't have beer on tap, but do have windhoek draght bottles. Nice garden and view of the surrounding area. Always a firm favourite of ours when on holiday in Wilderness. We appreciate the unpretentious space. A place to relax and just be. The owners are kind and friendly. (Sorry I forgot their names) The food is lekker and simple, no fuss or frills, decent portions, at an affordable price. In photo, toasted cheese, egg and tomato and beef burger. The thick cut fries are cooked to perfection 👌 When it's cold and raining outside the fire place keeps you warm. Good outside seating as well.
