Visited the place 2 weeks ago, have been at the CBD and GRM branch several times!! So we love the place, last vist we went I've expierenced something I'm not entirely happy with. I've worked as a waitress for years before I've entered another occupation, so I always treat everyone with respect and dignity, also feel if you've earned a tip I will give it out of my heart. The lady that helped us, had other tables aswell, one of the tables came in after us yet she served them before us.. That have not been such a big thing, once we recieved our beverages she walked pass us with our beverages and served another table first, which didn't make sense. Afterwards received our pizza and done with our lunch. Later on while we waited for her she came back to tell oh I thought you still ordering something, felt little like she spoke to us as we are friends or something. Eventually we paid and my partner went to the bathroom and she asked me cash card and do I need change I said I don't we checked and I said change yes. Once I went to the bathroom this specific lady and another spoke to my partner asking oh I thought you would be buying us some cold drinks today and he said not today and she mentioned about tip or something. Once I came back they didn't really interact wit me, like I've mentioned I've worked in this industry so I know, I have been at the facility several times, and had great reviews, tips, services_ professional services and good relationships at the CBD and GRM but never have I basically encountered disrespect to ask for a tip. I'm pregnant so I guess that's why they didn't ask me but to ask my husband while I'm the bathroom, I will still come and enjoy my pizza just don't think its appropriate to demand tips especially the way these ladies did. I know we are going through hard times at the moment but we need to work for what we want and need 💯. If she asked me why we didn't tip her I would have told her.

Read moreI enjoyed the food and drinks very much. It was amazing. I had absolutely no problem with the service. The staff were very friendly upon entry and our waiter was very friendly upon entry. I really liked the fact that she brought the wine bottle to the table to poor the wine. I have absolutely no complaints about the service or the food.
But I did pick up on the following issues that should be looked into by the staff and managers of the restaurant : The general cleanliness of the restaurant. There were dirty tables in the restaurant that were still full of cutlery and dishes that had only been cleaned about 10 minutes after we sat down. The tables were not wiped off properly and were still full of crumbs and drink stains. There were hairs from the mops still stuck under the feet of the tables and benches. The restaurant in general needed a sweep and a mop. The bathroom floors were dirty and needed a mop, also maybe some airfreshner.

Read moreExcellent services from staff members and managers (it's the first time I've seen managers actually help staff members) the lady in the kid's play is always lovely and friendly! The only things I would change would be: another staff member to help in the kid's play area (especially when it is full). And the bathrooms to have more security, it is very isolated. More bathroom stalls would be ideal, female bathrooms in particular. I would also suggest that staff members and managers, to stop constantly checking and asking if anything is ok at the table (every half an hour would be sufficient) (franchise needs to remember that staff members work more with members of the public and, should do a survey on what they think customers would like more, sometimes asking the people that you employ what they think, is best for the company concerning customer service).
