KFC Stamford Hill — Restaurant in Greyville

Ordered 2 Colonel burgers, they arrived cold, chicken was not crispy and seemed old, buns were clearly not fresh and the lettuce garnish was disgusting. Unfortunately I was very hungry and didn’t have time to wait for a replacement, so I removed the garbage (old slimy lettuce) and begrudgingly ate the rest. Besides, given how gross these were, I wouldn’t want them to send me 2 new dice rolls with stuck on toilet syndrome…

I might have thought the burgers were probably made a few days ago and just shoved in a microwave, if I hadn’t honestly had better tasting burgers that I have reheated in my microwave.

I wonder if the manager would pay me for them to have the opportunity to eat that vile looking garnish, since they seem to think that what I paid was worth the same privilege.

I went to the store to order yesterday the 28th of May kfc at game city centerStamford hill. Had to use the new system of screen because I was paying with card. My card was approved and my money gone to kfc account. The problem was the screen that generated for very long when it was meant to give me the order number instead it went back to the main menu. Whose problem was it for ur system fault. They made their problem mine and I couldn't get the food or my money back. Even after going to my bank for a confirmation that this money did not reverse and its not gonna be reversed its gone straight to kfc account. But still no help. Big health and safety concerns. I ordered from this restaurant for the first time yesterday via Uber Eats. The chips and the Boxmaster ingredients tasted sour and the chicken fillet in the Boxmaster was a dark brown with an "off cut" piece. It was almost as if old ingredients and oil was used to make the meal. This is the first KFC that I've experienced anything like this with. I literally had to throw the entire meal away save for the buddy cool drinks. Safe to say that I will never purchase from this KFC branch again. Just so you know, the delivery via Uber Eats was quick, sealed and secure, but it was the actual meal that was the issue.
