Absolute joke. We sat there for 28 minutes after placing our takeaway order, watching 1 single waitress stuff up every single takeaway order. In the 28 minutes we saw the delivery guy come in and sort out his orders, leave to deliver them & return BEFORE our order was even put together. Needless to say, our pitas were ice cold & soggy by the time we got our order as they kept taking our chips to fill orders that were placed after ours - because 1 waitress didn’t know what she was doing. Before we even placed our order 2 young boys were sitting waiting for their order which was ready, but just sitting on the counter. After they asked them for their order they were told to just keep waiting while the waitresses played musical chairs with the food being passed between 5 different orders trying to figure out what belongs where. After about 20 minutes the boys were eventually handed their bag of food which had lay untouched since the moment they asked for it. Very poor service, I’m very sad to say that as a regular customer I won’t be supporting this branch anymore, after what I witnessed &...

It was an unpleasant experience. I ordered my meal and I was given an amount of R450.00 and the lady was waiting for my card to charge for the order so I decided to do the calculation and saw that it came up to R304. And the lady explained to me that she was waiting for the manager to come make the correction and then she did. At this point I just about had it.We got our meal and just before we finish eat I went back and asked for the wings I had ordered. My husband was just trying to keep his cool and had a few of the wings which looked half eatern. I packed the rest of the left over meal to take home. As we got home to Durban. My husband was feeling ill all of a sudden and he went to bed. He felt a bit better in the morning. When my son had the left over for lunch the next day he also felt ill.i told him what had happened the day before and he says this is what happens when you complain. I was totally disgusted. Our order was taken in full. Only my wife's order was brought to our table (without drinks), although I had paid for both our meals. The lady on the floor proceeded to argue with us about our order , eventually she agreed to go ask the lady at the till. She later came back with the full order and drinks - no apology. My wife's order for a well done piece came badly burnt. Again we disputed and the lady argued with my wife again. We requested to speak to the manager, who was on the floor , he refused (shook his head) to come to our table. We eventually left. Disappointing service overall. Definitely regret visiting...
