Absolutely shocked with how bad steers margate is, ordered at the drive through, where you are continually harrased by beggers. Which is not safe, you should have security posted there. Now let me get started on the food. I order weekly from the drive through. And I'm not normally one to complain but the last 4 times the food is always cold. The last time was last week, I ordered 6 wacky Wednesday and 2 large chips I was told the order would take a bit long because it was a big order. Which I don't mind waiting for hot fresh food. However The food was ice cold as though it had been sitting in the fridge. The patties was paper thin and if that's what you call flame grilled, then maybe you should research the meaning of flame grilled. The buns were like superette buns stale and squashed. The slice of tomato was actually the biggest part of the actual burger, and I had also ordered cheese on all the burgers and only 1 burger had a slice of cheese. It also appeared as though they had played football with the burgers before placing it in the paper bag....... the chips were OK but also cold.........I'm at a bit of a loss here steers...........and when I call the store to complain it either rings or gets picked up and put...

On holiday in Glenmore and we decided to have some steers. We drove all the way to Margate. We ordered food through the drive through. There's a beggar the asking aggressively for money. I struggled to order with him constantly saying something while I want to order. Eventually we placed the order

Payment window. I told the guy about the beggar and that he's going to chase customers away. His reply. I will go and look....

Me and wifey ordered the king steer each for R94.90. Did not wait to long for our order. We drove all the way back to glenmore. As we prepared our meals this was the amount of chips I got 😄 🤣 what a joke. Paying almost R100 for this meal. Never again....

WE WERE very disappointed in steers take away drive through in margate... please open your take away before you leave.... I order a chicken double cheese burger drive trough simpiwe the kook gave the burgers. I opened the packet just to find ½ a portion chiken.. I complained and he gave me a full portion and apologized.. its not cool 1/10. .. management need to check up on the drive trough as they are busy robbing their loyal cistomers and the business.. look at the before and after pitcher.. below.. surly this is not how you serve your customers... WE WILL...
