They not only had a lack of stock reducing the availability of their menu items but the service received left a bitter taste in my mouth. I waited over 19 minutes for a chips order and when my order number finally popped up onto the screen under âready to collectâ the lady working the till/bagging the items -had the most hostility Iâd experienced all day telling me to wait it wasnât ready as if I was the one who had tapped away at their little computer and called my number up.    Read moreI have to say my experience at shelly beach steers has been very poor. It's the second time now that the service was extremely bad. On Christmas day they did not have spoons for ice creams and cared nothing about it. This evening the cashier that helped us did not even know that there was no flake for the chocolate dip ice creams and once again cared nothing about it. The service along with management if there was one on duty was not even willing to assist. The cashier seemed very confused. In my opinion the staff should be sent for customer service training and be equipped to know what is in the stored and what is not before a customer places and order.
