Terrible service - we ordered at 12:12 waited over 2 hours for our meal and it still did not arrive. I called to speak to the Manager at Fish Away - Chris Hani, Durban North and she tried to make every excuse why we did not receive our meal, eventually the 'new driver' was blamed to say that it was delivered to the wrong person, so now we are still waiting for a fresh order to be prepared. The one lady is pregnant and is still waiting to eat!!!! The Manager has a horrible attitude and should not be in that position!!! This is the 2nd time I've order online and they never deliver the coleslaw. The first time I didn't complain as it might have been a mistake but it can't always be a mistake!
