As a long time customer I am extremely disappointed by what happened today 😞 Placed an order for delivery with Person A who repeated the order and address back correctly. He hung up before taking our contact number down, we thought okay it's fine maybe it comes up automatically on the system as they have our details.
Waited almost 2 hours and had to call back only to find they had given Person B the wrong address and corresponding details. We had to give them the information again.
Person C arrives with no hint of remorse or even an apology. We checked the order slip and everything was in order. We opened the pizza box expecting a veg pizza only to find bacon and ham toppings, the food had been mixed up.
We call back and Person D answers and is unable to answer any questions or offer an explanation behind the poor service and says he needs to call the manager. He hangs up before we can say anything and doesn't call back.
No one in our home eats pork and so we go return the pizza knowing we will not get a call back or a refund.
Person B says we can get a new pizza but may have to wait for 20 to 30 minutes. We're already very tired and decline. He asks Person C to return the amount for the order we placed. And this was the most disappointing part, that Person C was standing there and offers no apology and deliberately searches for the smallest change he can find, even asking his coworker for more cents, despite the full amount of notes in his hand and returns it arrogantly as if he is doing us a great favour.
We ask if the other customer whose order was mixed with ours had been sorted and Person C says very rudely that she excused the mix up. As if that makes up for their mistakes.
