I really wish there was a negative star rating ..don't get me wrong I love mcdonalds but after the pathetic service from a shift manager who has no diffusing skills towards customers and says 'he cant provide me with complaints details nor a regional managers number ..neither a directors office details' .. he says he is the only person I can deal with and no one else yet when his store manager had appeared then he acted innocent and ran in the back without even an appology.. this issue was over a voucher wish I asked if they accept it and he went off on me thinking I'm hard of hearing and repeating himself so he doesn't have to give me a superiors details..need I mention this was @ 19:30 ..and last I checked they were wide open and had patrons still eatting yet seemed like they wanted to push us away as they were prematurely cleaning and the time I last saw they close on Google says 8 o clock.. any way back to the reason I went to McDonald's Pavillion is that it's listed as one of the participating stores that offer a particularly earned voucher from using my samsung pay app which the staff manager Sandile ..stage name Sandy.. as per his badge .. mentions that it's a samsung marketing error 🤣 so if that's so ..why was gateway or any other umhlanga branches mentioned .. this is the worst fast food service I have goten and don't get me wrong I still wana have a word with this regional manager for that branch ..feel free to enjoy the pictures that I have provided and if you require some footage .. Read moreI am new in the area, been coming here every morning for the last month and having a mcfeast regular meal, everytime I come here I encounter low standards, non chalant staff, staff with name badges turned the opposite way inside their shirts, they are typically loud and obnoxious and on their cell phones in the food preparation areas, I can see this from the counter usually, the dining area is always filthy, crumbs and oily stains and smudges on the furniture. This is a place I'm considering avoiding in the future, my food was disgusting today, first time my burger was ever super salty, I was starving, and ate it. This place has let me down, such a pity.

Been giving McDonald's a shot again, never took any freebies last time, just boycotted this store for a while, they never open on time when I come, never are prepared or ready, everyone is rushing, kinda lame. Added a photo. I have come here a few times since the original complaint, I'm a everymorning customer with an average spend of 100 each time, no redemption...
Read moreAbsolutely pathetic service provided by the manager simphiwe. I scanned for the fold over using my points. The MANAGER did not advise that there is no "stock" of the foldover. The points went. I advised that ill take another item to the value of the 5000 points. Manager said no it cannot be done. I fail to understand how this is my fault or my problem. He should have asked what item I want as he knows there is no stock of the foldover and he did not. No signage either to show there is no stock of the foldover. He then called zola who was extremely helpful. As a manager in the service industry, the service received from simphiwe was pathetic. He laughed while I was explaining to zola and he kept speaking over me. Very very well done to zola I got another item at the same value. Simphiwe needs to be taken...
