Nandos Springfield what a disappointment I went there a few weeks ago. Worse Food and experience ever! I ordered a 1/4 chicken chips and roll. I asked for my chicken to be well done extra sauce. It came not well done and dry there was water in the chicken. I told the waiter please take the chicken back. She started talking in Zulu and gave me attitude and just throw the chicken back into her tray. The chicken came back still not done right. I took the chicken to show the manager, she wasn't anywhere to be found. The cook told me I must next time ask for well done I said I did his like if u did this wouldn't be the problem! I asked him if u are the manager he said no. I said I don't want to speak to you then. After 15mins the manager came back. The guy I was talking to told her something in Zulu and was looking at me. I explained to her what happened she was like o il tell them Grill the chicken again! For the 3rd time! Firstly she didn't listen to my story. I said I want a new chicken well done with extra sauce breast piece I went upstairs waiting for my food to come. The manager brought it up with a leg piece really!! After telling her what I wanted she had no customer service! How does someone become a manager like that? There was no sorry sir for the inconvenience just attitude from the start to the end! My friends and families will never go back to nandos...

What an Awful Experience! I visited with my family as I was Purely Craving Nandos , Our Order was placed at 6:26pm , We Ordered and paid for 4 Meals , Sides & A 1.5l Coldrink. Apon placing the order We had taken our coldrink with us to our designated seats, After 30 minutes of waiting nobody had even attended to us or brought us glasses , After 35 minutes of waiting 1 Meal arrived , Whilst waiting for the remaining 3 meals the 1 meal had already turned cold as you would expect to eat together which is the reason for dining in ! After an additional 20 minutes , At this point we had gotten frustrated as the remaining 3 meals had still not arrived , and no glasses were made available to us , we then had to Ask a waitress walking by , her rude response was "it's still being made" We then took it apon ourselves to Go Back downstairs and ask someone for our meals , when the meals finally arrived it was partly cold , and not enjoyable , We had taken most of it away in a takeaway as the whole experience was Terrible and we left rather annoyed with a takeaway bag of cold food ! During the duration of this whole experience the entire upstairs seating area was empty , You would think for such a large and well known franchise you would receive better service, Would not...

I always turn to Nandos for a healthy hot chicken option and also had many good experiences with this brand. This evening due to the loadshedding our usual Nandos outlet in Musgrave center was closed ,we decided we go to Springfield .The sit in area was not available only take away option was available.

The chicken was burnt and dry, it had zero sauce. It tasted like boiled chicken. This was my worst experience with Nandos. The wedges were not wedges ,it was a mix of chips and some wedges .The livers were mild and not hot. The roll that came with the livers was the only thing that kept the Nandos standard sadly . I'm and so frustrated with this meal but I don't want to waste my time driving back to the shop and spoil my Xmas sprit . With so much competition to Nandos I now see why people prefer Pedro's or Africaz chicken. Seems like Nandos is only good at making adverts these days. I will be giving my Labrador the rest of the chicken ...its that's bland. Forcing me to type emails like this at this hour of the night can only highlight my disappointment and frustration of the lack of quality control and poor customer satisfaction with Nandos.
