Steers Broadway Durban North — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

IMy experience On Wednesday 7 August I went to the steers in broadway. I bought a wacky Wednesday and a medium chips. My meal came and the chips was cold so I asked for a fresh batch. I waited for +- 10 minutes and they gave me my order. Again it was cold. I asked for a manager and all she could say was sorry and if she could make a fresh batch. I asked for my money back. I called the head office and laid the complain. The lady said that it would take 24 to 48 hours for a manager to call me. I received no calls so Tuesday 13 August I made a call to steers head office. Again they were very apologetic. The lady said that they were waiting for the manager from the broadway store to send a report to them. I have noted over the past weeks how the service at Durban North Steers had deteriorated until last night when it appeared that there was a massive row going on between Staff and management. Firstly I did not get a receipt for my card payment and when I querrid it I was met with blank stares. When my number was called I was standing at the counter but despite making my presence known my food was put on the shelf. When I eventually caught the managers eye he said he hadn't heard me, which I can believe because he was argueing loudly with the kitchen staff and when he eventually gave me my food there was only half of my order. Delivery service is up to crap, I ordered from both Fish aways and Steers this week,

Steers Yesterday : Ordered online and over an hoir later after calling the store we got our food,the chips were soggy and tasted like they had been fried yesterday and my burger had no sauce and was cold!

Today I ordered at 1.36pm for Fish Aways...phoned twice to find out where was my food... only at 15.22pm the driver phoned me to ask my number of my house... almost 2 hours later!!! When i phoned at 15.13pm to Cancel my order with Fish aways the woman that answered the phoned screamed loudly on the other side of the phone to her friend saying the order is cancelled and then put the phone down on me,no sorry or have a nice day! DISGUSTING...
