The worst experience I've ever had in terms of fast food service delivery. We ordered via Mr D collection, which was meant to be ready by 18:13, which obviously it wasn't. Waiting was fine. They said they forgot to add the onion rings. We got in the car and checked the food only to find the Calamari bowl we ordered was in fact the Calamari pot which is completely different. We went back and asked them to swop. When I got back into the car I realized they had given me a box with only calamari in it and nothing else. I went back in and swopped again. We eventually get home only to realize the onion rings were missing. The worst service delivery I've ever had. Steers had two people working and they were even trying to help, where Fish aways had more than 4. I don't understand how you could possibly mix up an order so many times. To the point were it costs your customers more because food you pay for you don't get and the running around. It was like no one could read the menu! Where is the manager on duty?? Was there on Friday night, they were not that busy, tried to order with cashier she then said I have to wait till the manager comes to adjust my order and I will have to wait as they don't have gas,I can go and fetch my order and come back to place my order....so there will be a bit more delivery orders in front of mine, the front counter area also smelled like urine. When the manager eventually came to the front, there was no explanations regarding the delay,oh and she doesn't greet,in that short space of time logged into the app and ordered from the Fish aways at the blue lagoon Astron, jumped in my car and my order was being packed as I walked in. I googled the fishaways in Riverside but this one appeared and I placed my order here. When I went to fetch my order I realized it was at the wrong branch. I called the manager of this store at Broadway and asked if I can canel it as I only eat strictly halaal. The manager said this is going to fall on the staff and hung up abruptly. I can see from the comments that this is not the first time someone placed an order at the wrong branch, if this is common then take better precautions and don't try and guilt trip me and say this will "fall on the staff" when fishaways is a multimillionaire franchise and the R260 order will probably just...
