Really pathetic. I ordered a paella. The menu states fish nuggets - no fish nuggets, 3 burnt pieces of fish about 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm. Prawns - burnt, could not peel them because they were not slit on the backs, had to struggle to get the meat out. Calamar i strips - there weren't any. Shrimps burnt. Fried rice - no! pasty boiled or whatever rice, no flavour, bland. Not even a wedge of lemon. Truly disgusting. The whole dish was a dissappointment and tasted burnt. I visited your restaurant on the 26 of September for lunch. The food and service was 4 stars. I am visual impaired and the way to the bathrooms have got steps that are not properly marked. There is a warning sign on the wall for the steps but it does not indicate where the steps are. The same for your eating area.
