Wimpy — Restaurant in Matlosana Local Municipality

Not a pleasure, when I phoned to place my order with the lady for 2 x breakfast specials (free mugs) she mumbled an offer for add-ons which I couldn't hear/understand. I asked her to repeat, which she did and still to no avail. I wonder why such illiterate staff are used on a switchboard, surely there are better people in your employ to do the job. When I arrived she rang the till for my order (R99), asked for my money although the breakfast wasn't close to ready. This despite the fact that I'd placed my order 20mins earlier ...... ?? I do expect a literate person to attend to Wimpy...

poor service from Janine store closed 14h00 we were there 13.20 to grab a meal she said we closing at 14h00 wanting to turn us away with doors open when you close at 14h00 surely doors should be closed 13.50 you should be serving customers till you closed. I visited Wimpy in Klerksdorp next to N12. There were a lot of open tables but almost all the tables were not yet cleaned up. It really didn't make me feel welcome. But we agreed to meet friends there and we stayed because of that. We only ordered cool drinks, as I just didn't feel up to ordering anything to eat. I will not easily visit a Wimpy again.
