Nando's Scottsville — Restaurant in Msunduzi Local Municipality

Im sitting at home extremely dissapointed and Angry. A mistake was done on my order!

I had made call and collect craving for nandos so desperatly. For my kids and me n brother!

I got a guy to take my order over the phone. we had such a fun and descent conversation with whilist placing my order.

I didnt expect what happened next... I felt comfortable based on his manners over the phone. Its proffersional and friendly i remember i even said to him can i please have the fattest chicken Ever! He laughed.

I collect my order, get my kids keep my staff including card, than i said to throw away what we dnt need they checked the bag for just only our sides which was salad and rolls. They said its all here! We home. Slips thrown away now its time to warm the food...

Order is WRONG!!!!! I specifically asked for full chicken half herb other half hot with extra sause.

Nothing i got mild dry no herb. My kids have no food too eat to night.

I made arrangements with a manager S'bongisen or some thing of that sort for wensday God bless he tried, To try correct the order...

My issue was when my hungry brothers wanted food. I called back. Trying to organise A meet half way for the order since i stay far, imbali.

No. I encoutered the most RUDEST PERSON EVA. He said his the manager M.X.O. Shouted at me over the fone demarding that he can give me previous managers number, coz he doesnt know this case or about it. Most importantly NOT WILLING!!

My problem wasnt him not knowing, he was totally rude, loud shouting at me and very unproffessional. I was trying to offer a solution for like this night (today) to atleast meet half way he REFUSED!!!

NOW IM FUMING. HE DISRESPECTED ME. I NEED HIM TO KNOW THAT. MORE ESPECIALLY I WILL NEVA TOLERATE THE MANNER HE WAS SPEAKING TO ME IN... ESP WHEN 1 OF U GUYS GOT MY ORDER WRONG

HIS TOTALLY RUDE!!

Im going to freeze this order. (as in put meet and everything in freezer whilst my family sleeps in the night hungry). Ive got no space fridge. Or leave it out. Since apperantly proof is needed. And i want my money back.... plus my kilometers compensated for, driving back home with it a WRONG ORDER and also taking the WRONG order back. Petrol prices are UP. And are no childs play.

Mxo (If u are really the mannager) I dont work for nandos delievers. Like how you were so proud mentioning how u dont have any form of delieveries. Explaining how he can not and will not meet me half...

On Monday evening I bought 2 Full Chickens from Nando's along with 2 sides and I have to say that both Chickens were dry burnt and had no taste whatsoever and I'm not sure if the chicken was old as well cause my son had a stomach bug and had to be taken to the Emergency center at Mediclinic later that evening, I then decided to call them that same evening and the person who I spoke to on the phone had forwarded me to the complaints department and the person who I was speaking to from the complaints department told me that it has nothing to do with them because it's specifically directed to Nando's Scottsville, he then asked to take down my number so he can ask the manager at Nando's Scottsville to give me a call and my son al till today I haven't received any call from the manager this shows a lack of responsibility from the manager and very poor service from Nando's Scottsville, and in saying that I will make sure I do no more business with you and I will alert those close to me of the deficient service I have received...

I experienced a terrible service at Nandos Scottsville PMB with a guy Mxo who was unnecessary very rude. I pointed a picture of Even Now and asked that it be a leg, hot. He said to me a leg I said yes, he then said R45 but the menu poster displayed R49. Very rudely he sad if you don’t say with chips I will give you the leg only, I said but I pointed at the picture which shows leg and chips and that’s what I’m asking for.

I just found him to be unnecessarily rude and embarrassing as I had my 12 year daughter and there were other patrons. I advised him that it will be good customer service if he asked if I wanted with chips or wedges that is he he misunderstood me instead of shouting at me.

Any way I just told him his customer service I applauded 🤷🏽‍♀️I just paid for my daughter and went to wait patiently for the food on the couch. The behavior and treatment was uncalled...
