Steers — Restaurant in Newlands

I recently placed a lunch order for the office (staff) via the Mr D app. There was an issue with the order-delivery, and I called the restaurant directly to advise. The problem is being investigated but, in the meantime, Christelle @ Steers Vinyard went the extra mile to ensure our order was rectified and even dropped it off herself! I was disgusted when I bit into my burger and found a hair , not just on the burger , but INSIDE the burger patty When I went to the staff to tell them they looked shocked like they didn’t believe me and then only when they saw they believed me. I am soooo disappointed because I really liked this steers. BUT, I went to buy a king steers burger and ribs on friday, only to get a full on allergic reaction. My entire body was full of hives, itchy and burning. My face was swollen my eyes and month. I had to go to hospital!
