I recently placed a lunch order for the office (staff) via the Mr D app. There was an issue with the order-delivery, and I called the restaurant directly to advise. The problem is being investigated but, in the meantime, Christelle @ Steers Vinyard went the extra mile to ensure our order was rectified and even dropped it off herself!
