Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars Absolutely terrible experience. Cashier Sihle completely ignored a customer who told him he was having issues trying to order on the self service machine and took the customer in line after me bcoz she was paying by cash without offering me an explanation as to why he was doing this. I had to ask him. He then told me i needed to use the card machine coz im paying by card.

After my husband and I assisted the other customer to order on the self service machine Sihle completely ignored him even tho he knew he needed to print the customer his slip in order for him to get his order and he proceeded with other customers knowing full well that that customer was there earlier.

When leaving the store we saw a customer paying with card by Sihle. I was completely shocked as he told me card orders needed to be done at the self service machine.

Why was I and the other customer treated differently? And how many others before me and after me where treated unfairly?

The manager on duty was advised on the situation. Kindly look into the matter and see to it that all customers are treated equally.

Terrible service from this store. Placed an order for collection, after placing the order I'm informed that the store has no buns for the burger but they can give me the burger with bigger buns. I agree and proceed to collect my order. After arriving to collect my order, I'm then informed that the store has no ice cream to make the milkshake that I ordered. I then had to wait for 5 minutes for the cashier to get my change which as you guessed it, the store did not have any change. Quite ridiculous to run a store like this. Manager seemed quite abrupt and tried to brush all the problems off easily. Definitely would not recommend or visit this store...

Today is the 12th of Ramadan, decided to purchase from this store to break my fast with my family. Worst decision I ever made, the food was rushed , neglected and portion of my meal was missing. Order number 125, my kids asked the guy working at the counter for his outstanding chips but was told that the order was correct.

Please guys , be more professional and serve better food in the future. I won't advise anyone to purchase from them until they rectify their ethics.

To note , there's no paper menu , so you need to watch the ongoing screens to view the specials but be fast to glance at it cause the advert comes on and...
