I showed up there,we get to my order and instead of a double crunch burger she punched in a crunch burger which l could see from the screen at the till, admittedly it might’ve been me but anyways l tell her please l would like a double crunch burger but she tells me “next time you order you must be sure of the things you want “after she yelled void!! The staff were more interested in talking and chatting to friends than helping to serve you the Customer.
Beggars and street children are allowed inside and beg from customers while they wait to place their orders or to receive the orders.
While taking into account YES they are kids etc. It is not necessary that you DO NOT WANT TO BUY THEM FOOD but rather with the average cost of a meal being R80 x 4 street kids plus your own average family you came originally to get food for it then COSTS R650 off. Double the price that you intended to spend.

Second time receiving an incorrect order - the incorrect order was priced higher and upon returning incorrect items, the staff REFUSED TO REFUND OUR CHANGE!! We have also previously received chips simply lying lose in the brown bag. We always get asked to wait for food (which usually arrives cold) in the parking bays so that the staff seem like they're working much faster than they are. Staff are always rude and unhelpful.
