Wow, I am blown away with the service we received. Firstly, their wood fire oven pizza is fantastic. I always have the rib, which is the tastiest rib pizza I have ever had. Just the right amount of sauce does not overpower the taste of the ribs and pineapple 😋. On 15 December 2022, there was a mix-up with our order, and when I phoned Noel (the manager) was very apologetic and said we could come in whenever we were in the area and he would give us a replacement order on the house. Today, 7 January 2023, we were in the area and went in, and even though Noel was not in, they called him and he had not forgotten, and we received our original order on the house, almost a month later. This is aimed as a constructive post, not to drag your businesses name through the mud. I thought I would try your establishment as it is new on the block, I walked in and ordered 2 Large pizza's and was told it would take 20-25 minutes. This is already a long time to wait, especially as your business was quiet and only 2 customers were in house. I ended up waiting 52 minutes for 2 large pizzas! No one apologized for the wait, no one updated me whilst I stood around waiting. It seems Uber and MrD orders are prioritized as I asked the Uber what time his order had been processed and it was after mine.
