Biryani Hut - Roodepoort — Restaurant in Roodepoort

First time ordering and never again! I ordered on uber eats, had faith because the pics looked good. Im a cancer patient on chemo, so ordered everything mild, I come from a curry family so I can handle heat but this time I had to be careful because of chemo mouth sores and thin tummy lining. The biryani and veg samoosa was very hot, not even medium nevermind mild, I literally cannot eat it at all. My mouth sores are on fire, my face is sweating. I order bone chicken biryani, they gave chicken blocks instead, the hotness of the biryani and samoosa even took away the flavour, so there's no flavour at all. the tikka chicken was dry and hard with no flavor, papadum was burnt. Sauces were flavorless and watery. I love good food and I never shy away from a good review and I usually give places a second chance upon bad reviews but for a while order to be messed up and tasteless is something else. Mind you my order was R400... a whole meal waisted, 4 bites was all i could have, and what's in my plate is not even a qaurter...

Update: Replacement food arrived - Curry was nice and fresh chicken. Restaurant apologised for the prior mishap and replacement delivery was super fast. Restaurant needs to find a new bread supplier though. Would have re-rated 5 stars.

First order: Bought 3 chicken bunny chows from them this afternoon via Uber Eats - Old Stale hard bread!!!? Not fresh bread whatsoever. Called the store and spoke to a man claiming to be the manager - as to how they can serve their customers with old bread he dropped the phone in my ear after saying I bought the bread today... Definitely not sir.

WOW, just WOW! Biryani Hut, you've outdone yourselves! I just devoured the most incredible takeaway from your establishment. 🌟 The Butter Chicken was absolutely phenomenal - rich, creamy, and utterly divine. And the naan? Perfection! But the real star of the show was the Biryani. It was BRILLIANT! The flavors danced on my palate, and I couldn't get enough! If you're looking for food experience that will blow your mind, look no further than Biryani Hut's takeaway. 10/10, would order again and...
