A lot of our eateries have great food but you find the biggest let down is the customer service.
There will be delays in orders, you will run out of stock of particular items, there will be a HUGE order via the drive through resulting in a hold up of the drive through queue. Key to ensuring customer satisfaction through such cases is how your staff handle these situations.
Simply ignoring these challenges, not addressing them, ignoring customers and hoping the problem goes away is not the answer. You will just end up with frustrated and angry customers. Remember that your customers are also human, a warm smile, open and honest communication goes a long way when things aren’t going the right way.

I ordered a boujee bowl.... they were "waiting on halloumi" and only tell me when I get to the "pick up" window. Has to wait over 10 minutes to be told it will be substituted with feta. Read moreI was here on the 25th and ordered 1/4 chicken and rice lemon and herb!!but they gave me peri peri meat i asked the management to check if my order is incorrect and she took my food and brought me back a burnt chicken and their service was so bad they kept gossiping about me and never got any waiter to assist me she kept paying attention to white people!!!
