WORST SERVICE EVER.......VERY DISAPPOINTED

I just received the worst service ever from Nandos Horizon View. I placed an order at the drive through window and when I got to the collection window, I was told to wait 3 to 5 minutes to which I did not have a problem with. 25 minutes later I had to go inside the store to find out what the delay was. When I entered the a lady greeted me with my order......which was not even double checked with me. I complained again and all I got was a shoulder gesture. When I got home , we realized that the order was incorrect. I then called the store only to be told to return the order...which I disputed as it was not my mistake. I then asked to speak to the store manager only to be issued with a cell phone number which I called 3 times and the gave up. About 30 minutes later the manager then called me on my cell and when I expressed my unhappiness he then proceeded to explain to me that it was his day off and even went as far as telling me that he has financial difficulties as well as transport issues.....my heart goes out to him but I feel that as a loyal and paying customer I was robbed of R288,00 as that is what my order amounted too.

Order was placed at 15:26 Went inside the-store at 15:45. Received call from manager 16:35.

On 26/08/2024 I visited the Nandos to purchase 3 meals... The cashier was delightful. Then it all took a turn.

When I received my order (after having requested extra sauce) I checked my order to see if I had been given extra sauce and not surprised at all it was not there I requested extra sauce and the lady looked me dead in the eye with a bore took the packet and drizzled a few drops I couldn't even see it on my plate after pouring it out, thus resulting to a dry welldone chicken smh..... I just took my order and whilst they stood around gossiping, the manager was packing and taking out orders on his own... After approaching the manager to tell him of the ordeal that had just transpired he apologized and promised to address the staff....

Here's where I was disgusted...

(I didnt see 1 smile from them mind you during service) As I was about to walk out the staff gather to have a great laugh at how much I am "over reacting" they behavior is so child like and I was not going to let them ruin my evening however, I suggest you take a look at that branch. I can imagine your disappointment of having a quiet branch at the busiest time of the month because of staff who do not appreciate...

It's official! Horizon Nandos is just lacking! The staff seem as though they don't enjoy serving and the most basic order is received with regret. I posted a complaint about how they are reluctant to provide extra sauce and I received a response asking for my contact details which I provided and was never contacted. I then decided to give them another chance today by getting lunch during loadshedding and again asked for extra sauce with peri peri chips, got my order and checked the sauce, I then requested that they put more extra sauce as there didn't seem to be enough, my order was taken and returned then I drove off without checking it. Assuming it was fine. I got home and took a pic of what was served! If this was extra sauce after sending it back then I don't know what they did with the first order and the chips don't even have enough spice! They are stingy! 14th Avenue Nandos is further but waaaay better so rather take the drive if you wish to enjoy your meal! Please see pic attached. Pathetic. I won't be eating...
