Roman's Pizza Beacon Isle — Restaurant in Roodepoort

After a day shopping and not feeling well decided to get pizza. Walked in there was a customer deciding on what to order waited patiently. There was only a male cashier at the counter. A lady cashier came to the front I was under the impression she was going to help as the store was getting busy. No luck she just stood there playing with a till slip with those long dirty nails. The male cashier was sniffing behind the counter. The lady in front of me was helped and I still stood there waiting for one of the cashier to help me. But they had a hearty chat and left me standing, I finally asked if they are not going to help me. They were not very impressed withm I placed my order, I sat watching these two cashier the one sniffing and wipes his nose with his hand, the other one with those long nails hope they are clean, yawning away. When I got home only to find it was not what I ordered. I wanted to take it back but unfortunately my family already had from it to eat when it was brought to my attention I got the...

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, worst Take away experience EVER! Ordered on Mr D, it was labeled as Collect Only, with a whopping 1 hour wait time.

I arrive at the allotted time wait for 10 minutes just to talk to someone, 5 minutes of arguing just to find out where my order is, only to be told, they haven't even started making it.

I get told they will start right away and it would be done in less than 10 min, I wait more than another 30 minutes and try to figure out where my order is.

After all this I get told to go next door to their delivery kiosk only to find out there is a Mr D driver busy picking it up and my order is sitting on the floor, busy getting cold, cant bother letting me know about my order, I had to ask, constantly.

All together, over 2 hours to get my damn food.

To top it all off the flavour tastes diluted and bland and by the time I got home, my pizza was cold I had to microwave it.

TERRIBLE!

I ordered and waited for Pizza for an hour which still came wrong. When I got there, the lady taking my order said she is writing it down and that I will pay once my order is ready. But I noticed that people that came after me kept collecting their orders and I stood up to ask her if my order will ready any time soon, to which she responded "I have been screaming chicken mayo" God knows to which audience, then when I open the boxes there's no bacon and she said she ddnt hear me, which I accepted But even after charging for topping she still left the pizza on the counter whilst everyone was bending over it as they ordered, I stood up and asked her for how long will the pizza remain on counter and she acted as if she did not see it and asked who put it there meanwhile it was her all along. And at one stage I heard her telling her colleague she doesn't care. She did not bother apologizing and when the toppings were made only one...
